4. Get better grades. High school is easy...just wait until college
5. Your parents actually know what they're talking about (mostly)

His: You're funny (is that a talent?)

His: Brianna in kindergarten

His: I haven't been too inspired lately
Her: Me either...it's not good

His: Blue Mountain State
Her: Boy Meets World...OH WAIT! It is coming back!!!

I knew he was it before we were even officially together.

His & Her Q & A

What game show would you like to be on?
His:
The Price is Right
Her: Me too. Except I really dislike Drew Carey...but I could deal.

When you had a crush on your other half, what song(s) reminded you of them?
His: "The New Shit" by Marilyn Manson...because you liked it.
Her: Ok back story...Rayce used to give me rides home or wherever I was going after school and we would rock out with really loud music (we still do) and he introduced me to this song and I liked it. This is the song I was going to say too!! Romantic I know.

What is your realistic dream job/career goal?
His: To farm.
Her: I hate this question because I really have no idea. I'm not exceptionally good at anything...I have no strong passions...I just don't know.

Who is a famous person past or present that you admire?
His: I don't know...I don't really admire famous people
Her: Umm...Ellen Degeneres. Because she's fugging awesome.

Describe the worst date you've ever been on.
His: I don't think I've ever had a horrible one...not that I can think of
Her: Umm...we went to dinner at one of those Japanese places where you sit around the big fire grill thing...we hardly talked at all. It would have been sooooo awkward if the couple next to us wasnt't hammered and talked to us the entire time.

What is your favorite holiday tradition?
His: Going to Grandma's house on Christmas Eve. Also going out the day before Thanksgiving to see all our friends.
Her: It used to be going to my dad's side of the family's Christmas. That side of the family is way fun and we always played poker and I usually won. But now my aunt and uncle are retired and spend the winter in Arizone...rude.

What is your favorite form of communication?
His: Texting.
Her:  Yep.

What's the furthest back memory you can remember?
His: (He could not think of anything...psh)
Her: My sister and I were sitting on a table by the window in the kitchen yelling out the window to my dad who was outside.

What's the worst injury you've ever gotten?
His: Broken ankle playing basketball
Her: Falling off my dad's horse. That bitch took off galloping with my scrawny 8 year old self on her. I fell off at full speed on a gravel road. My mom literally thought I was dead....thankfully it was just a concussion.

Describe your first kiss together from your own points of view.
His: We were laying in bed and I was nervous to do it so I used being a little tipsy as an excuse to do it.
Her: So romantic that one. Umm...yeah, laying in bed after hanging out with some friends. We'd both had a few drinks so we were just laying there talking for hours I'm pretty sure...and finally he just did it. I was waiting and waiting for it and was so happy!!

His&Her Q&A

Calling all Instagram users!

So pretty much everyone uses Instagram, right? Well, if you do you should go to this website. It's called Instaclaus and all you have to do is take pictures and you could make a child's Christmas wish come true!! The website lists what over 100 kids from Greenville, New York, and Detroit want for Christmas and all you have to do is take a picture on Instagram and tag it and as soon as there are 5 tags the child gets the item! Zero cost for you.

Example...Gabrielle, age 5 likes Dora the Explorer. This Dora Beanie Baby would make a great gift. Post a pic of something you’d like to see as a beanie baby.

All you have to do is take the photo...upload it with #instaclaus and #beaniebaby. Easy peasy.

Now GO!! :)

Just thoughts

One thing I've been thinking about since I got off work and found out...the two little girls' bodies that went missing from Evansdale, Iowa (not even 10 minutes from where I live) 5 months ago were found in the woods by some hunters.

It makes me sick that people can do things like this to children. I won't go into details or start rambling...just please keep these girls and their families in your thoughts and prayers.

I've been feeling a bit sad lately because this will be the first Christmas that I won't be spending with my mom and sister. For my whole life I woke up to open presents with my mom and sister...sitting on the floor divvying out the presents...taking turns opening them one by one. Even after my parents divorced, Christmas morning was me, mom, and mal. Every year. This year is different. They are in North Carolina and I'm in Iowa. I so wish that I could fly out and be with them for Christmas but I can't afford it right now. The positive side...I'll be spending Christmas with Rayce and his family, and also my dad.

This was Christmas last year

Christmas morning a few years ago...don't mind my fat ass :)

Looking super cute...who cares?! Santa came!!

Found this gem as I was looking through my Facebook pictures. What a nice family photo :) My sister and whoever she was seeing at the time (don't even remember his name) and our friend Nick

Two of my roommates my junior year of college. Never too old to play in the snow! Miss these girls!

My friend Brett...he was in a Glee Club Christmas show. Cute.

Ok that very quickly turned into a Christmas photo dump. My apologies. But not really.

Shout out to Rayce for being amazing and taking care of me when I was sick earlier this week. He made me toast (that I couldn't get down,) did the dishes, did laundry, rubbed my back and scratched my head, came home on his lunch break to see how I was doing. Love that man!

I'm in love with my new iphone 4s! I finally got rid of my dinosaur age Blackberry. I'm obsessed with the Bejeweled app. And talking to Siri. And Fatify...holy tub of lard I laugh out loud every time.

I'm loving our little tiny Christmas tree.

That's about all I have for now. Hope you all had a good Wednesday!!
